The Sinus Center is located on 36th Street between Park and Madison Avenues in Manhattan, directly across the street from the Pierpont Morgan Library.
It is a few minutes walk from Grand Central Station (on Park Avenue and 42nd Street), Penn Station (on Eighth Avenue and 34th Street), the 42nd Street subway stops on the #4, 5, 6, B, D, V, and F lines, and the 34th Street cross-town bus route. There is garage parking nearby.
